Wagon Self Storage is a 63,726 rentable square foot facility located in the culturally sophisticated city of Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Originally built in 2009 and expanded in 2016, this class “A” facility features four metal buildings, a fortress style perimeter with gated access, recreational vehicle parking, climate-controlled units, wine storage units and security camera surveillance. The unit break out consists of 621 traditional storage units with climate controlled and non-climate controlled options, five recreational vehicle spaces and 44 wine storage units with potential for 100 more. The property can be accessed via four gated areas, two at the main entrance to the facility off Emblem Road and two at the rear of the facility off Office Court Drive. There is a Mailbox Store operated by the seller where the old office used to be that can be converted to additional storage space or continued on.

The property is located on Wagon Road, one block east of the intersection of Cerrillos Road and Wagon Road and adjacent to the Santa Fe Place Mall. Wagon Road is a two-lane road, while Cerrillos road is a major north south thoroughfare through Santa Fe.  Traffic count for the facility exceeds 20,000 cars per day.The Santa Fe Mall, directly to the north of Wagon Self Storage, is scheduled to add an additional restaurant and there is a new 242 unit luxury apartment complex directly to the east, set to get underway in February 2020.   Demographics for the area show a population density of 51,232 with a median household income of $68,800. Population in the next five years is projected to grow by 7.79 percent.
